Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment
At Rose Élise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- Items are unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates are included
- Items have not been resized, engraved, or customized
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@roseelise.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please contact us at hello@roseelise.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@roseelise.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
